- Conditions of Sale - Refund and Exchange Policy

- All sales are posted via express Australia Post service within a week of cleared payment, usually the next day.

- Full Refunds are offered for any faulty products within 30 days of sale. Also Full refund available if the item does not work on your horse or is not as you expected it to be for any reason. You can exchange the item for another size or colour or style but postage is at your expense and the item must be returned in new condition, with an explanation of what you want.

- Partial Refunds (80%) are offered for any reason if requested within 14 days of sale (minus any postage costs)

- All care is taken with products posted, no responsibility is taken for the use and functionality of any product if not used as intended.

- Please place an order before making payment so ensure the item you want is in stock or a 4-6 week wait is possible.
